Ms. Way received her Bachelor of Science degree in Middle Grade Education from the University of Georgia in 2013, her Master of Education degree in Middle Grades Math and Science from Valdosta State University in 2016, and her Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College in 2019. Teaching middle school math for six years, this is Ms. Way’s third year at Veterans High School and she is currently teaching Algebra 1 and Geometry. Ms. Way is also the Head Cheerleading Coach here at VHS and coaches the competition cheer team. Ms. Way is engaged and getting married in May of 2022! In her free time, Ms. Way enjoys anything at the beach, spending time with her family and friends, and serving at Bonaire United Methodist Church. She loves everything about being a Warhawk!
